Provides leadership, training, and direction to Site Managers and/or Site Contacts to ensure contract compliance and employee development at the site level. Oversees implementation of and compliance to regional procedures. Oversees and ensures account invoices and interacts with customer to ensure expectations are being met. This position is a key member of the marketplace management team and will be asked to work on special projects as needed as well as to assist in the day-to-day duties of his/her team.

This position will support accounts in Chicago, IL, Alpharetta, GA, Minneapolis, MN, and O'Fallon, MO and may be based in one of those client locations. 


  • Management of the day to day operations and facilities for office locations and remotely supported sites. Oversee Site Managers for assigned Region.
  • Responsible for ensuring the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) is adhered to and that controls are in place and followed consistently.
  • Drive continuous improvement of performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of department through the provision of effective methods and strategies.
  • Drive cost savings through process improvements, staff development, relationship building with business partners and effective management of budget.
  • Manage performance of staff and conduct interviewing, hiring and onboarding of new employees.
  • Set high expectations for excellent customer service and hold the management team accountable to the measurable results associated
  • Suggest/identify cost savings opportunities, process improvements. Develop strategy to implement the projects/initiatives, etc.
  • Define and implement audit/reporting process to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA's) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) are met.
  • Meet all safety and health obligations and optimize service provision while containing and minimizing costs.
  • Ensure personnel are familiar with the business continuity plans and their responsibilities. Oversee the Health and Safety requirements for office locations and remotely supported sites.
  • Support with office moves, restacks, and decommissions.
  • Oversight of File room activities such as prepping, scanning, file management, etc. and ensure the activities are completed in a timely manner.
  • Oversight of operators and ensuring the calls are routed in a timely manner and per the instructions, job aids, etc.


  • 4-year college degree is preferred; or equivalent experience in related field.
  • Proficiency in creating and conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR's) for senior business stake holders.
  • Requires experience in setting goals by defining and prioritizing specific, realistic objectives.
  • Requires proven track record of leadership and integrity by possessing 5-7 years of related experience in Production, Office services; extensive management experience.
  • Requires experience in training by informal training sessions and up to 50% travel is required.
  • Possesses experience in a team environment by maintaining positive, productive relationships with co-workers, peers, management, sales, and production departments.
