Under the direct supervision of the Manager the Imaging/TCO Associate is responsible for performing general records management and telephone operator duties

Responsibilities:

  • Answering and routing calls from customers, vendors, media, regulatory agencies, etc.
  • Operators will direct calls to the requested party or business unit in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operator is required to use an electronic directory on PC to look up extension numbers and to check for special handling instructions.
  • Operator may provide general information to the caller such as hours of operation and also place outside calls for internal staff that requires operator assisted calls, such as international calls.

The image capture process is utilized by the associates responsible for the image capture of participant and institutional work requests. The unit's major duties are:

  • Opening and sorting mail items
  • Identifying and processing priority mail
  • Preparing mail items for scanning
  • Scanning documents into the workflow

Image capture involves the scanning of paper documents into the organizations workflow systems; the preparation of mail is a meticulous process of separating mail into individual work requests from participants and institutions.
Process all new requests received into the company, including mail delivered by couriers from the Post Office and also mail received from other express courier services.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a HS diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be customer focused and display a professional demeanor.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess general computer knowledge (data entry)
  • 1-2 years prior office services related experience.
  • Ability to carry out assigned tasks and projects to their completion.
  • Ability to identify and solve routine problems as they occur.
  • Ability to work individually or in a team environment.
  • Prior database management experience a plus.
