The Global Design and Construction team are looking for a detail oriented team player with a strong background in project management of tenant improvement projects. This individual would have a breadth of experience encompassing design, creating and executing budgets, managing consultants, customers and delivering projects on time and budget.
You will work with the GDC team and the wider WPR organization to deliver unique office work spaces around the world. You will also be involved helping the team evolve our standards for design/construction, space planning and furniture specification.
You need to be comfortable in a fast-paced environment of the highest standards of excellence. You should know how to have fun at work, bring enthusiasm, dedication and a collaborative spirit to build and maintain innovative office spaces that facilitate a collaborative, productive and exciting work place.


  • Overall responsibility of tenant improvement projects, working closely with all team members, and local business units to define the scope of work, budget, set expectations and deliver projects to the highest standards.
  • Work with the leasing team during lease negotiations to identify key terms and conditions as it relates to design and construction and to ensure the necessary due diligence is completed.
  • Work with Sourcing & Procurement to hire external consultants to help execute the project. These include, but are not limited to the following: External Project Manager, Architect + sub-consultants and General Contractor.
  • Work with the Finance team to set budgets, track cash flows and ensure that projects are delivered within budget.
  • Work with local point of contact to coordinate local team involvement.
  • Solicit and consolidate all requirements between internal build teams (Workplace, AV/IT, Network Engineering, Security, Food Service) and communicate those needs to architects & contractors, ensuring that all parts of the project are properly funded.
  • Site visits to monitor construction progress to ensure quality and conformity to plan & standards, participating in punch list preparation and follow up.
  • Communicate regular updates to both internal and external project members.
    Work closely with local WPR local person during the office relocation to ensure a smooth seamless transition. 


  • Minimum of 5 years PM experience at a fast moving company.
  • This person must be independent, flexible, an excellent communicator and have the ability to quickly respond to customers and projects as they occur/change.
  • A flair for design and a keen eye for detail with a track record of executing challenging and innovative projects.
  • Ability to use AutoCAD is a plus.
  • Self-directed, strong verbal/written communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to execute tasks in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of building and furniture systems.
  • Ability to implement and manage processes in a quickly evolving environment.
  • Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced, fluid environment.
  • Supplier selection, contract negotiations.
  • Superior relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrate success and experience working with a diverse team in a global environment.
  • Ability to travel (25%)
