The Help Desk Administrative Coordinator Position supports all line level shipping and receiving needs for the client.  


  • Daily audit, investigation and customer communication on all Shipping Receiving owned "task" items. Use of customer based software tool.
  • Distribution of "task" direction among Shipping Receiving staff, by responsibility in a warehouse environment
  • Packaging and distribution of "Inter-Office" mail and packages.
  • Receptionist duties as needed
  • Shipping and Receiving duties as needed, i.e., Inbound, Outbound and Mail procedures as requested.
  • Coordinate special requests as documented or requested by customer.
  • Office administrative duties as required. Data entry, filing, ordering supplies, etc.
  • Other projects as required by manager of the department.


  • Ability to work well unsupervised. Proactive, takes ownership of their job duties
  • "Leader" mindset. Comfortable giving direction
  • Provide High level customer service, both verbally and written
  • Ability to communicate in clear and concise manner, both in person and on the phone
  • Understands how to prioritize and organize tasks, meet time lines and follow through to successful completion
  • Strong trouble shooting and investigation skills
  • Ability to multi-task while remaining focused on details
  • Intermediate level skills for web-based applications, MS Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Must have valid Driver License and be able to drive a Cargo Van
  • At least one year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Robust customer service background.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
