This Site Manager role reports to the Operations Manager and is responsible providing services to our client and supervising a staff of 13 in the Mailroom and Reception areas. 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee monthly reporting.
  • Responds to client issues and ensures appropriate escalation processes are followed by communicating critical issues to
  • Operations Manager without delay.
  • Prepare, maintain, review and update site Operations Manual.
  • Interface with the client contact on a daily basis.
  • Handle all materials received in the Mail room [receive, review, receipt, document, process, prepare, identify, separate, deliver, transport, etc.].
  • Inspect deliveries for suspicious or threatening items.
  • Pick-up, Inspect, deliver and process inter-office mail.
  • Supervise fine sort of inbound mail by name and mail stop.
  • Track misdirected or lost packages.
  • Prepare documentation associated with special mail handling.
  • Supervise and/or deliver mail to mail stops in accordance with daily scheduled mail runs.
  • Deliver overnight courier envelopes to recipients as required.
  • Prepare items for processing, shipment or transportation.
  • Ensure all inbound and outbound packages and accountable items are properly recorded and all required documentation included.
  • Other duties as assigned by customer and/or Operations Manager.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent Associate degree preferred
  • Experience in various punch and binding equipment.
  • 1-3 years experience with Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel,)
  • Excellent customer service skills; must possess a "can do" attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment.
  • Competency in performing multiple functional tasks. PowerPoint and excel a must
  • Attention to detail.
  • Assertive and resourceful; self-motivated; willing to ask questions, take initiative and be able to communicate clearly.
  • Consistently demonstrate professional demeanor, appearance and attitude.
