 Our Customer Services Associate requires the ability to float to multiple client locations throughout the San Francisco areas to cross train and provide multiple coverage where necessary. The position is responsible for completing all mailroom/office services functions and providing customer service to The Millennium Group's client base. The position requires hour and transportation flexibility. Please note this is a full time/regular position and you will be eligible for medical, dental, and vision care benefits, 401k participation, and paid time off.

  • Reliable and self-motivated
  • Able to communicate effectively with many different types of people
  • Perform multiple tasks
  • Ensure all safety procedures are followed at all times
  • Possess a "can do" attitude
  • Can effectively work individually or in a team environment
  • Other duties as assigned by manager

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Minimum of 1-2 years Customer Service experience preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Can stand or be on feet for long periods
  • Pass background check
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and must have reliable transportation
