  •  General mailroom duties include; receipt, distribution, and collection of incoming and outgoing USPS mail.

  • Receipt and dispatch of carrier shipments from UPS and FedEx will be provided during contracted business hours.

  • Key op service includes regular visits to MFD devices to replenish paper, change toner, clear jams and clean the glass.

  • General facilities and office support functions include: Interaction with local administrative assistants, conference room checks, floor walks, reception back-up, supply ordering, visitor assistance and other office support functions.


  • Must have a HS diploma or equivalent.

  • Must be customer focused and display a professional demeanor.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Possess general computer knowledge (data entry) Ability to lift 50 lbs. or greater.

  • 1-2 years prior office services related experience.

  • Ability to carry out assigned tasks and projects to their completion.

  • Ability to identify and solve routine problems as they occur.

  • Ability to work individually or in a team environment.
