The Operations Manager provides leadership and operational support, and ensures TMG Best Practices regarding compliance and client satisfaction.Responsible for training/educating of employees, monitoring operations budgets (salary) to ensure compliance with organizational expenditure requirements.  The main priorities of this role will include: Client Relations, Retention and Satisfaction; Employee Training; Audits and Reporting; Implementing Process Improvement; Handling and resolving problems; and TMG's Best Practices.

Essential Duties:

  • Creates, analyzes, and maintains detailed documentation of business systems and processes, including workflow, program functions, and steps required to complete all assigned tasks.
  • Develops, implements and maintains effective reporting tools for the business unit to include daily/monthly staff production, quality, and productivity (each month creates daily/monthly reports for all sites in shared network drive).
  • Assists Regional and Site Managers with daily data capture, entry, and analysis of individual staff and site production data.
  • Acquires, enters, and validates monthly site data and creates monthly Client Total Portfolio Report.
  • Work with Site Leadership to compile and assess task timings and benchmarking to ensure proper staffing levels are maintained and work distribution is appropriate.
  • Analyzes the business unit's activities and trends and compares analyses against the service standards and best practices.
  • Presents findings and works with the Site Leadership and other personnel to identify and implement strategies to address deficiencies and/or suggested improvements.
  • Complete all IMAC term requests for TMG staff.
  • Complete quarterly badge audits for sites.
  • Completes a monthly Floor Plan audit in the Manhattan system.
  • Manage contingent staff database renewals/terminations for TMG staff.
  • Compile, review, and submit monthly expense reports for staff.
  • Assists with weekly payroll review and reporting.
  • Maintains Floater calendar and weekly payroll sheet(s).
  • Special assignments and other operational duties as needed.


  • 4-year college degree is preferred; or equivalent experience in related field.
  • Proficiency in creating and conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR's) for senior business stake holders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, creating reports and workflowcharts
  • Requires experience in training by informal training sessions and up to 25% travel is required.
  • Possesses strong analytical skills and microsoft office skills
