This is a project position with a duration of 3-6 months. Hours are 10 am- 7 pm Monday - Friday 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide timely service to incoming billing telephone calls in an automated call delivery environment for client's High Net Worth customers
  • Assume ownership and respond to customer (internal/external) billing correspondence, complaints and inquiries in an efficient, accurate and professional manner to achieve an optimal outcome
  • Effectively navigate multiple systems and applications to research, analyze and resolve customer inquires
  • Work effectively in a team environment using professional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Know and comply to corporate policies, regulatory standards (SOX), internal business processes (PCI) and procedures while processing work and meeting/exceeding service performance and quality standards
  • Utilize basic understanding of product & underwriting guidelines
  • Gather, organize, and analyze reports/information to assist Processing department and Underwriter to determine next steps
  • Maintain performance standards within a fast paced environment
  • Maintain customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Understanding of work unit business and procedures.
  • Assist with projects and/other duties as warranted.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years Call Center or Customer Service Phone work experience required
  • 3+ years experience using Microsoft Software required, specifically Excel
  • Strong typing, analytical & Intermediate Mathematical skills required
  • Ability to effectively work both independently and in team environment
  • OUTSTANDING communication skills both written and verbal Excellent Accuracy & Attention to detail required
  • Ability to meet daily quality & production metrics required
  • Basic knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance principles and company products preferred, Minimum1 year insurance experience Must be able to handle highly confidential information & comply with Company's PCI designation standards
  • Ability to multi-task speaking to customer while accessing various proprietary billing systems
  • Must be able to pass criminal background check & drug screen
