Perform various office services and mail duties for our client located in Stamford, CT, include but are not limited to relieving receptionists, assisting office services staff and assisting with mail operations. In addition to assigned duties relating to all request from Account Manager or Client, the Office Service Associate should posses the basic qualifications to perform the following functions, though this is not meant to be a comprehensive list:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Relieve receptionist for various breaks.
  • Schedule conference room requests
  • Assist with mail room operations (sorting, mail runs etc.) as required.
  • Receive and deliver packages
  • Process outbound mail and packages
  • Check pantry inventory levels and replenish as needed.
  • Order pantry supplies as needed
  • Receive and stock pantry supplies
  • Escort outside vendors performing work on site
  • Monitor and respond to office services email requests
  • Assist with updating floor plans
  • Assist with data entry and filing as required.
  • Perform data entry as required.
  • Assist Office Services & Account Manager with special projects when needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Must have a HS diploma or GED.
  • Must clear a National and State background.
  • Must be customer focused and display a professional demeanor.
  • Write and speak fluent English.
  • Possess experience handling multi line telephone system
  • Possess general computer knowledge (data entry).
  • 1-2 years prior office services/ receptionist related experience
  • Ability to carry out assigned tasks and projects to their completion.
  • Ability to identify and solve routine problems as they occur.
  • Ability to work as a member of a team with other departments.
  • Able to lift 50lbs
