The Business Process Manager provides operational support and is responsible for a range of process improvement and process management activities. This position provides operational support with an emphasis on workflow management on office administration, creating and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly client reports related to staff production using Microsoft Excel.  Document current processes identifying and recommending efficiencies.  Liaise with management to coordinate process improvement initiatives.  Participate in project teams to collect and evaluate data in alignment of project and organization goals. 

Essential Duties:

  • Use Microsoft Excel to develop, implement and maintain effective reporting tools for the business unit to include daily/monthly staff production, quality, and productivity.
  • Develop and implement management dashboards and reports on Key Risk Indicators, Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements for Operations division.
  • Workflow Management create, review and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, including workflow, program functions, and job aides required to complete all assigned tasks.
  • Analyze and develop process improvements to increase productivity, create efficiencies and cost savings
  • Work with Site Leadership to compile and assess task timings and benchmarking to ensure proper staffing levels are maintained and work distribution is appropriate.
  • Analyze the business unit's activities and trends and compares analyses against the service standards and best practices. Presents findings and works with the Site Leadership and other personnel to identify and implement strategies to address deficiencies and/or suggested improvements

Qualifications:

  • 4-year college degree and 3 5 years of relevant work experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel (Power Pivot/VBA), PowerPoint, Word, and Visio)
  • Analytical thinking - Ability to quickly analyze data and transform it into meaningful insight
  • Strong Interpersonal skills - ability to work effectively as part of a team in an unstructured environment; comfortable and effective in influencing at all levels; ability to tactfully give/receive constructive feedback
  • Creative -- Inquisitive attitude, can identify new and better ways; active external learner that takes advantage of ideas, best practices, and solutions developed elsewhere
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and other colleagues, and demonstrate initiative, mature judgment, superior customer service orientation, and the ability to anticipate the needs of the organization
  • Execution - persistent drive for results utilizing sound project management, organizational and problem solving skills
  • Attention to detail, organized and thorough with desire for continuous improvement
  • Experience with process training preferred.
  • Up to 25% travel is required.
