Key Responsibilities:

*  Oversee the facility and daily mail room operations
*  Responsible for the organization and upkeep of the facility, copy centers, and cafes.  This includes stocking/ordering of general         office and pantry supplies.
*  Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail. 
*  Provide solid leadership to all staff in absence of the Site Manager.
*  Track and maintain records and logs of mailing.
*  Perform accurate data entry as needed.                                                    
*  Manage the site budget and expenses through purchases and invoices.
*  Ensure assigned tasks are conducted in a timely manner
*  Assist with new hire training and orientation
*  Handle employee issues with management as needed
*  Handle ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned

Minimum requirements

*  High school diploma or equivalent is required
*  Three or more years of experience in a mail room environment
*  Strong work ethic; diplomatic; team- and service-oriented; builds strong working relationships.
*  Consistently demonstrates professional demeanor, appearance and attitude.
*  Exhibits superior verbal communication and phone skills.                                                                                                         *  Ability to maintain a site budget through purchases and invoices

*  Ability to multi-task a must
*  Ability to motivate a team and build morale
*  Able to give direction to team
*  Able to provide positive and negative feedback
*  Excellent time management and prioritization skills
*  Customer focused
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
