The Ambassador acts as a direct liaison for all guests that arrive at our client site by providing a world class customer service experience! The Ambassador will be responsible for registering guests, prospective employees, community members, high profile visitors, media, and all other external visitors to the campus. The individual must engage guests with the highest level of customer service in a friendly and approachable manner. As an ambassador of the client organization, the individual is responsible for initial guest interactions, resolution of complications and issues, and other general concierge level duties. The Ambassador will be responsible for the prompt pick-up and delivery of employees and other personnel. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to the client, its associates and facilities personnel. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all employees, suppliers, and visitors on company property have proper company issued identification.
  • Ability to operate in a professional and business-centered environment where customer service, confidentiality, and integrity are held to a high standard.
  • Facilitate all guest/visitor and actively look for ways to help
  • Handles all guest/visitor questions as well as resolve or filter personnel issues to the appropriate parties.
  • Communicate information and ideas so others will understand while being sensitive to others' needs and feelings.
  • Willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges.
  • Provide effective communication to transportation team regarding vehicle issues or maintenance.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the company vehicle at all times.
  • Be aware of road conditions in the area and utilize the best routes to get from point A to point B.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once without compromising quality of work.
  • Respond to all requests for assistance relayed by Supervisor or client; complete various company or client assignments as required
  • Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED; AA Degree preferred
  • Must be proficient in both MAC and PC operating systems on stationary and tablet platforms and mobile device
  • Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or concierge setting with clerical, administrative or related experience highly desired
  • A clean driving record is required
  • Must be flexible and possess the ability to function in stressful situations
  • Must be highly personable and engaging with any and all people interactions
  • Excellent time-management, phone etiquette, and people skills
  • Must possess the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management
  • A dependable team player with business maturity, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
  • Must possess demonstrated experience in the areas of people and conflict management with tact and discretion
