  • Receive, sort and deliver inbound mail 2x daily.
  • Inspect mail for suspicious or threatening mail.
  • Pick-up mail from designated pick-up areas 2x daily.
  • Pick-up, deliver and process inter-office mail.
  • Lookup "mystery" mail and apply correct mail routing..
  • Send and receive accountable packages.
    o Deliver packages to the appropriate recipient.
    o Utilize package tracking technology to acquire signature of receipt.
    o If recipient is unavailable, send an email to arrange for pick-up/ delivery.
  • Process outbound mail and apply postage as required
  • Take outgoing mail to USPS pick-up area by designated time (end of day).
  • Prepare and process outbound packages
    o Ensure outbound packages are sent same day.
  • Stock paper at copiers daily (while on mail run).
  • Ensure toners are replaced in a timely manner.
  • Ensure additional paper is available for employees to stock during the day. (8.5x11,
    8.5x14, 11x17).
  • Check/ Restock pantries 2 times per day (morning/afternoon).
  • Maintain pantry supply inventory and inform client when supplies are running low.
  • Wipe down counters.
  • Keep pantry area neat (arrange chairs, supplies etc).
  • Receive and stock pantry supplies
  • Complete conference room set-ups upon request.
  • Check conference rooms for cleanliness.
  • Wipe down white board.
  • Maintain conference room supplies inventory.
  • Assist with office moves.
  • Escort shredding company during pick-ups.
  • Assist with furniture reconfiguration requests (must have FM approval prior to moves)
  • Key Requests.
  • Hanging posters when requested.
  • Maintain records and enter metric activity in appropriate logs
  • Assume role of Office Services Lead during his/her absence


  • Must have a HS diploma or GED.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • Must clear a National and State background.
  • Must be customer focused and display a professional demeanor.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly
  • Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment.
  • Competency in performing multiple functional tasks.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to stand or sit for long periods
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Possess basic understanding of copier equipment
  • Possess general computer knowledge (data entry).
  • 1-2 years prior office services related experience
  • Ability to carry out assigned tasks and projects to their completion.
  • Ability to work as a member of a team with other departments.
