The Facilities & Office Services Business Analyst provides operational support and is responsible for a range of administrative and analytical functions for the Facilities Department.   This individual will assist with department process analysis, training and workflow documentation and quality control.   This position will also assist with floor plan and asset management along with ensuring consistency in data entry into our facility work order system.   This position will assist with purchasing activities including "procure to pay" workflows, contract review, vendor management and track and trend transaction and spend data. 

 Essential Duties:

  • Document department processes and workflows. Perform quality control as assigned.
  • Ensure accuracy of our floor plan and office asset management system.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data entry into our facility work order system.
  • Track and trend transaction and spend data. Perform data clean up and maintenance activities as assigned.
  • Assist with "Procure to Pay" activities
  • Assist with vendor management, including accountability towards Service Level Agreements and contract terms and conditions
  • Provide prompt and accurate response to customer inquiries and resolving supplier payment issues.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned

 Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of relevant work experience required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once and work with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written)
  • Base understanding of contracts and other legal documents
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and trend transactional and spend data
  • Exceptional customer service skills
