The Office Services Associate floater will provide absentee office services site coverage within his/her assigned region They will provide backup office services support and will be responsible for traveling to multiple sites within the region. 

Full time position; Monday through Friday 8am-5pm; willing to train

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Counting all inbound goods and authenticating the receipt of the same in accord with the shipping note.
  • Inspecting the received goods, making note of any damages and discrepancies, and immediately reporting the same.
  • Maintaining quality customer service by providing friendly and responsive processing and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail, packages and other shipments.
  • Accurate sorting and distribution of packages and mail to departments and cubicles using P.D.A system to scan and sign for packages.
  • Prepare items for processing, shipment or transportation.
  • Prepare and process outbound courier shipments using computer or service provider's equipment.
  • Log all incoming items, letters and packages, including certified, registered, return receipt, Federal Express, UPS and DHL.
  • Prepare all appropriate shipping documentation.
  • Ability to cross train on other roles within department; responsible for carrying out other duties as appropriate due to staff absences or at the discretion of management.
  • Be available to move from one site to another on short notice.
  • Completing other tasks as may be assigned by the Manager

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Minimum of 1-2 years Customer Service experience preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Can stand or be on feet for long periods
  • Pass background check
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and must have reliable transportation
