Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support duties in the running of the day -to -day operations of the Atlanta and Petaluma sites. Responsibilities including, but not limited to, the following:

    A. SFRe Mail processing and distribution:
    1. Process pre-sorted SFRe mail in accordance with SFRe Job Aids.
    2. Process incoming electronic mail, interoffice mail, parcels, faxes.
    3. Process incoming research pieces. Process returned mail.
    4. Inspect and report suspicious mail/package deliveries to SFRe management.
    5. Research mail not properly addressed.

    B. SFRe Mail and parcel distribution and delivery:
    1. Distribute/deliver sorted mail in accordance with SFRe Job Aids.
    2. Distribute/deliver mail to mailstops.
    3. Distribute/deliver electronic mail, interoffice mail, parcels, faxes.
    4. Deliver courier and special mail requiring signature.
    5. Pickup outgoing mail at mail stops.
    6. Sort any outgoing mail picked up at each mail stop where applicable.

    C. Outgoing mail and parcel processing:
    1. Processing of outgoing parcel shipments.
    2. Process outgoing special mail (certified, signature required, etc).
    3. Outgoing first class mail pieces giving to AGCS for processing.
    4. Outgoing certified mail pieces giving to AGCS for processing.
    5. Outgoing Interoffice mail.
    6. Administer shipping systems web-enabled requests.
    7. Track outgoing parcel shipments.

    D. File Room Operations:
    1. Process rush file retrieval.
    2. File retrieval.
    3. Archive files.
    4. File back.
    5. Attach mail to files.
    6. Process incoming Infostor workorders.
    7. Process Infostor file/box retrieval.
    8. Complete and verify coversheets.
    9. Complete file print requests.
    10. Prep files for delivery to requestor.
    11. Update file tracking information in required systems and/or databases.
    12. Conduct secure document destruction/disposal, where applicable.
    13. Attach purge labels and prepare files for off-site records retention.
    14. Conduct on-site to off-site file purging activities consistent with SFRe document retention policy.
    15. Conduct missing file research.
    16. Perform special projects related to file management activities.
    17. Perform audit and quality control checks.

    E. Copy Services, including, but not limited to, the following:
    1. Black and White copies or prints.
    2. Color copies or color prints.



  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years customer service and office related experience preferred.
  • Intermediate Computer skills.
  • Strong detail and data entry skill set
  • Demonstrate the ability to be flexible and adapt to change in the work environment.
  • Strong work ethic; diplomatic; team player and service-oriented; builds strong working relationships.
  • Handle multiple projects at one time.
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Must be able to pass a background test.
