Under the direct supervision of the manager, the Lead Office Services Associate will be working in a dynamic environment along with complying by necessary safety, handling and legal procedures. 

Provide  support  duties to  Site  Manager  in  running  of  the  day -to -day  operations of  the Alpharetta site.  Responsibilities including, but not limited to, the following essential duties: 

  • Adhere to process defined in our client's job aids.
  • Be immediately responsive to client's Operations Director. Act as the primary point of contact to ascertain needs, answer questions, respond to complaints and resolve problems relating to any of the employees, services or operation of the Alpharetta. 
  • Provide filing support to retrieve/send files from/to offsite storage or vendor facility.
    • Process rush file retrieval, update file tracking system, conduct secure document destruction, conduct off and onsite file purging activities, perform audit and quality control checks
  • Support mail room, processing/scanning and distribution activities which includes but not limited to:
    • Receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail (e.g. letters, parcels, Courier, U.S. Postal, and interdepartmental) to appropriate recipient department mail drops and user areas.
    • Completing timely collection of outgoing mail in accordance with assigned schedules. Prepare and process outbound courier shipments using computer or service provider's equipment.
    • Tracking and maintaining records and logs of signature controlled mail items. Perform accurate data entry as needed
  • Training of Alpharetta Office Services staff.
  • Quality assurance of Alpharetta Office Services.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years customer service and office related experience preferred.
  • Intermediate Computer skills.
  • Strong detail and data entry skill set
  • Demonstrate the ability to be flexible and adapt to change in the work environment.
  • Strong work ethic; diplomatic; team player and service-oriented; builds strong working relationships.
  • Handle multiple projects at one time.
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Must be able to pass a background test.
