Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure safety and security procedures are followed at all times.
  • Prepare outbound courier shipments using computer or service providers.
  • Deliver, pick up and transport material within the building to and from various floors.
  • Control inbound and outbound accountable mail.
  • Weigh packages and determines postage.
  • Sort parcels for shipping and receiving.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Prepare items for processing, shipment or transportation.
  • Maintain time, volume and delivery records.
  • Ensure the highest levels of customer care.
  • Order office supplies, maintain inventory of supplies
  • Provide backup for courier when not available
  • Provide backup for receptionist when necessary
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • High school diploma required
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft suite, computers, and relevant software applications; excellent keyboarding skills
  • Familiar with appropriate customer service principles and practices; must be customer service focused
  • Professional personal presentation
  • Strong organizational and planning skills; detail oriented Strong verbal and communication skills
