Continuously evaluate and improve all facets of the day to day management of the transportation and parking programs by improving the single occupant driver ratio of employees reporting into the worksite.  Managing all activities in the campus parking lots is required. Meet on a weekly basis with the event staff and support all transportation and parking for each event. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist all business units in procuring special shuttle requests for offsite meetings. This includes providing the quote to the team and issuing purchase orders to the vendor.
  • Supervise the relationship with the valet vendor at the main campus. Tracking and analyzing the usage spreadsheets and assuring management are aware of any issues. This also includes procuring extra valet service for any special events on site.
  • Assist in the management of the employee campus parking by issuing placards and tracking the special parking for Maternity, EV and carpool parking. This includes a monthly audit of specialty spaces and daily interaction with employees who are requesting these parking spaces. Auditing the smart sheet is required on a daily basis.
  • Administer chargepoint card approvals for the EV stations and monitor usage of the stations by tracking and analyzing supply and demand. This also includes, a daily check of all stations for availability and maintenance issues. 

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Knowledge of the commute industry. TMA/ ECT certifications preferred
  • Experience in transportation demand management.
  • Excellent program planning and coordination skills
  • Organizational and program management skills
  • Enthusiastic positive individual.
  • Team Player with a professional presence and exceptional customer service.
  • Proactive, Self Starter and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Excellent customer service focus, good interpersonal/problem solving skills.
  • Results oriented a must.
  • Able to communicate effectively, at all levels, in a diverse and fast paced working environment.
  • High energy level, dependable and comfortable performing multifaceted projects.
  • Highly organized, accurate, and flexible.
  • Able to prioritize and ensure all requests are accommodated.
  • Excellent working knowledge in computer and internet skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word Power Point
