This position is responsible for providing leadership and operational support to accomplish department objectives, managing staff, planning and evaluating department activities focusing on ensuring client satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of team
  • Develop correct staffing model and consistently review the model by analyzing employee productivity and workload trends
  • Act as primary point of contact to ascertain needs, answer questions, respond to complaints and resolve problems
    relating to employees, services, or operations.
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationship with client staff
  • Recommend changes to processes and procedures where appropriate to improve efficiency
  • Ensure Standard Operating Procedures are adhered to in a consistent manner
  • Plan, execute, track and report on all team activities
  • Monitor operation for efficiency and quality of service
  • Reporting, including SLA reports
  • Training of staff

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum three years managerial experience.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required. 
  • Excellent computer skills; must be proficient in MSO (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to lead people and get results.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities/projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
