This position is responsible for providing leadership and operational support to accomplish department objectives, managing staff, planning and evaluating department activities focusing on ensuring client satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all office administrative functions including mail, file management, reception/telephone operator
  • Responsible for all phases of staff performance management (hiring, training, performance monitoring, etc.)
  • Oversee daily workflow, productivity and adherence to stated SLAs completing daily and monthly reports for Sr Leadership.
  • Responsible for management of Facility ensuring the site is fully operational and clean at all times which could include but not limited to:
  • Coordinating with Property Management Company, external vendors, client IT and helpdesk
  • Oversee procurement, payables, and budget adherence for the site.
  • Provide exemplary customer service to client including service enhancement & value-added recommendations

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Possess a minimum of 5-7 years relevant work experience required (bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Ability to multi-task projects at once and work with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated ability to think quickly and make independent, sound decisions
  • Assertive and resourceful; self-motivated; willing to ask questions and take initiative
  • Possesses excellent communication skills both written and oral and be able to establish effective working relationships
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
