In the O'Fallon area, TMG is partnered with a nationwide insurance industry leader to perform and manage all office services. We are looking for a candidate that will be responsible for management of all office administrative functions including:

  • Mailroom and Fileroom operations - incoming/outgoing mail and package processing, scanning documents for digital upload, etc.
  • Conduct daily walk through of the facility to identify and correct issues that affect the comfort of staff and guests making recommendation for improvements. Work with Property Manager on maintenance issues
  • Event coordination - work with client staff to reserve and set up conference rooms for meetings/training to include appropriate AV equipment, catering, etc.
  • Operator Center - oversees Operators in multiple locations who are the first point of contact for policyholders and brokers
  • Procurement of office related supplies and services, ensure all invoices are submitted for timely processing
  • Manage expenses against defined monthly budget
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports related to staff performance, utilization, and budget
  • Extensive client interaction with primary focus of achieving and surpassing client service goals


  • Minimum 5 years direct management experience required (bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Proven record of the highest level of customer service and client satisfaction and the ability to coordinate the daily activities of the staff to complete assignments
  • Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated ability to think quickly and make independant, sound decisions
  • Assertive and resourceful; self-motivated; willing to ask questions and take initiative
  • Possesses excellent communication and persuasive messaging skills both written and oral and be able to establish effective working relationships
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
