This is a project based postion with the duration based on length of project 


  • Listen to customer feedback voicemail messages & transcribe them accurately and articulately into emails for client to review
  • Determine when to appropriately escalate reviewed messages
  • Develop a positive relationship with clients ARs, producers and underwriters
  • Ability to utilize various systems concurrently & work off of multiple monitors
  • Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping client information confidential.


  • Exemplary written skills & communication skills
  • Accuracy in data entry, typing
  • Punctuality & reliability
  • Ability to discern a client's experience to determine when/if to escalate
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Software required
  • Minimum 1 year insurance experience required,
  • 3+ years customer service experience preferred
  • Intermediate Mathematical skills
