Under the direct supervision of the Regional Operations Manager the Supervisor/Lead associate is responsible for leadership of the mail associates.  Accurately sorting, posting, delivering mail and ensuring daily operations are managed according to the set standards,adapting to the technology environment.



  • Develop team including goal setting, assisting, coaching of site staff.
  • Oversee all mailroom services.
  • Ensure all received mail is sorted and delivered without delay.
  • Ensure all accountable mail and packages are scanned and processed.
  • Responsible to arrange new employees with training and orientation of the office environment.
  • Collect data for reports and assist in the preparation of monthly reports.
  • Utilizes knowledge of company culture, operations, policies, procedures in performing duties
    with minimal direction/supervision.
  • Recommends Service Enhancements & Value add to clients.
  • Promote a safe working environment through adherence to OSHA regulations and company
    safety rules.
  • Other responsibilities as needed to maintain the department.


  • Minimum 2 - 3 year of Leadership experience preferred along with office services/mailroom
    related experience.
  • Prior Technology startup environment experience preferred.
  • Experience in domestic and international shipping.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at one time.
  • Work well with others and as a team player with strong customer focus skills.
  • Assertive and resourceful; self-motivated; willing to ask questions and take initiative.
  • Excellent computer skills; spreadsheets applications.
  • Advanced customer service skills, professional attitude & appearance.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational, administrative, record keeping & time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Must be able to pass a MVR, criminal background check and drug testing.
