  • Able to set priorities ; Must demonstrate leadership qualities
  • Must have good working knowledge of computer software
  • Perform work in a backup capacity to all staff functions
  • Provide problem resolution
  • Collect data for reports
  • Maintains records and files
  • Ensure safety and security procedures are followed at all times
  • Morning coffee in each caf prepared daily
  • Meeting Services Support
  • Handle Catering Requests (order and distribute/set up)
  • Prepare coffee & water for meetings as needed
  • Workstation Setup (wipe work area & provide basic office supplies, name plate, mail slot label & materials)
  • Clear decommissioned work stations
  • Update and close out facilities work order tickets as assigned
  • Communicate status of work order tickets via e-mail
  • Ensure the highest levels of customer care
  • Receive and Move Office Supply and Facility Shipments (ie. keyboard trays, wall art, paper, etc.)
  • Handle minor touch up paint & patch work as assigned.
  • Assist and support mailroom/shipping/receiving duties when required.
  • Perform regular inspections of the workspace(s) to identify areas/items/equipment/materials in need of repair, replacement or upgrade.   Report any unusual or problematic conditions immediately to management with as much information and data available at that time.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned 


  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 1 year customer service and office related experience preferred
  • Basic Mathematical skills
  • Minimum 1 year facilities experience preferred
  • Minimum 1 year leadership experience preferred
  • 1-3 years with Microsoft Software
  • Handle multiple projects at one time
  • Ability to effectively work individually of in team environment
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
  • Keyboarding and Windows environment PC Skills
  • Requires lifting up to 40 lbs
  • Attention to detail
