The Millennium Group (TMG) is an award winning business process outsourcing firm focused on mail, reception, and related office support services for Fortune 500 companies, professional service firms, and institutions of higher education. Our Accounting department is currently expanding, and we are looking for an Accounting Associate to join our corporate team in Tinton Falls, NJ.


  • Assist in Coordinating with clients on the type of event they would like to hold
  • Responsibility of planning, organizing and coordinating events
  • Ensure all venues are properly set up and in a timely manner
  • Consult with service providers as needed for meetings or special event
  • Coordinate all staff to ensure that events run smoothly
  • Find immediate solutions to any problems that may arise especially with regards to the services provided
  • Coordinate with requestors on meeting requirements and provide technical support in planning
  • Ensure the continuous delivery of high-quality customer service to internal and external clients
  • Position requires frequent communication with auxiliary staff: security, facilities etc.
  • Keeps Manager informed of operational efficiencies and potential problems
  • Other duties required by Manager


  • Ability to lift 50lbs

  • Impeccable management and organizational skills
  • Can work well under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Competency in performing multiple functional tasks.
  • Assertive and resourceful; self-motivated; willing to ask questions and take initiative be able to communicate clearly.
  • Consistently demonstrates professional demeanor, appearance and attitude.
  • 1-3 years with Microsoft Software
