The Account Manager provides leadership, training, and direction to ensure contract compliance and employee development at the site level. This position oversees implementation of and compliance to national procedures. Oversees and ensures account invoices and interacts with customer to ensure expectations are being met. This position is a key member of the marketplace management team and will be asked to work on special projects as needed as well as to assist in the day-to-day duties of his/her team. 

General Responsibilities including, but not limited to, the following:

  • Leadership: ability to lead people and get results.
  • Planning: ability to forecast necessary changes in the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities/projects.
  • Monitor mail and reprographic operations and requests
  • Supervision of additional locations in other states
  • Overall payroll responsibilities                                                                                                                                       
  • Develop team including goal setting, touch bases, performance reviews and hiring.                                                          
  • Oversee workflow, productivity and employees' performance.
  • Ensures adherence to all regulatory and contractual requirements.
  • Ensure quality assurance initiatives are being observed at all times.
  • Perform regular inspections of the workspace(s) to identify areas/items/equipment/materials in need of repair, replacement or upgrade.
  • Oversee all mailroom and copy room operations
  • Ensure all received mail is sorted and delivered without delay.
  • Ensure all accountable mail and packages are delivered in accordance with site Service Agreement.
  • Monitor reprographic operations and requests stay in compliance with quality and timeliness.
  • Collect data for monthly reports. Understand what critical metrics results are and identify opportunities
  • Carries out and researches requests with little direction and presents findings in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum five years managerial experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or five years related industry experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel to other locations as necessary.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal backgroup check and drug testing.
