Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Clean all surfaces on the floors
  • Check bathrooms and clean
  • Clean breakrooms, microwaves and refrigerators
  • Setup and break down all conference rooms
  • Collect, sort and distribute mail (internal) within the designated premises - centralized mail stations.
  • Coordinate distribution and receipt of interoffice and any special mail with other company locations.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing express mail and courier services including timely notification of receipt and
  • confirmation to sender upon request. Input all courier information into an electronic format for customers.
  • Pick-up and deliver all courier packages to work areas or designated locations as requested.
  • Inspect all incoming shipments for damages and opened contents and refuse all non- conforming shipments.
  • Execute conference room set-ups and take- downs per the authorized work order in accordance with time and date requirements. Ensure conference rooms are stocked with meeting / office supplies (whiteboard markers, flip charts, flip chart markers, etc.).
  • Stock lunchroom, coffee stops, meeting room refrigerators.
  • Provide miscellaneous facilities services for both outside and inside the site.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of facilities/office services related experience preferred.
  • The candidate selected must be dependable, reliable, detail oriented with good organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle hand cart, as well as flatbed.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background test
