Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as liaison between TMG's mail and office services team and client departments.
  • Responsible for sorting, and distributing mail (e.g. letters, parcels, U.S. Postal, and interdepartmental) to appropriate locations.
  • Make timely deliveries of interoffice mail to all of our locations.
  • Obtain delivery confirmation on PDA for all deliveries made at all of our locations.
  • Track and maintain records and logs of mileage and gas reciepts of company can.
  • Responsible for maintaining upkeep and maintenance of company van.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • 6 months to 1 year experience in a mail room or experience at FedEx and/or UPS prefered.
  • Ability to appropriately handle confidential and highly sensitive material.
  • Must have valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
  • Must have a good driving record.
