KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide support by performing a variety of essential functions and/or tasks including but not limited to those identified below:

  • Provide excellent customer service via phone & email.
  • Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
  • Consistently meets established production & quality goals Proficiency utilizing Microsoft Software required, specifically excel
  • Understanding of work unit business and procedures.
  • Assist with projects and/other duties as warranted.
  • Perform standard processing tasks for each line of business supported
  • Ability to enter data accurately.
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years data entry experience, Strong typing, analytical, and computer skills
  • Minimum 1 year insurance experience preferred
  • Minimum 3 years customer service and office related experience
  • Intermediate Mathematical skills
  • Excellent Accuracy & Attention to detail required
  • Ability to meet daily quality & production metrics required
  • Must be able to pass criminal background & drug screen
