Responsibilities  

  • Leading Project support representative staff performing assigned data entry functions.
  • Participating in the training of staff.
  • Providing supervisory support, ongoing feedback and coaching to employees in the Project Support Services Representative role
  • Achieving established individual, unit and organizational customer service metrics and service objectives.
  • Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with business partners as necessary throughout the client organization.
  • Timely and accurate reporting of performance status and results of identified customer service metrics and service objectives.
  • Providing input to drive continuous improvement and ensuring that service level agreements are met or exceeded.
  • Responsible for employee development of assigned Project support representative staff.
  • Providing daily feedback to Program Manager of any issues, challeges amidst the team.

Requirements

  • Previous Leadership Experience & performing Quality reviews preferred
  • Minimum 1 year insurance experience preferred
  • Progressively responsible work experience in a customer service unit.
  • Intermediate Mathematical skills
  • Ability to direct and motivate a team
  • Demonstrated ability to accomplish goals through leadership and influence management.
