Primary Responsibilities

  • Ability to commute to locations located in the Greater San Diego and La Jolla area.
  • Must have great customer service skills, be reliable and self-motivated
  • Able to communicate effectively with many different types of people
  • Operates multiple-call telephone and routes calls to the appropriate person or location within the corporate office and external.
  • Act as first point of contact for clients and guests. Greets customers, vendors, job applicants, associates from other locations, and other visitors with high degree of professionalism and courtesy
  • Work on a fast pace line processing, sorting, and staging packages for delivery.
  • Receive, count and process all incoming items, letters and packages.
  • Deliver packages to departments and cubicles using P.D.A system to scan and sign for packages.
  • Prepare and package outgoing materials to prevent in-transit damage.
  • Prepare all appropriate shipping documentation.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Monitor file/document requests to stay in compliance.
  • Ensures adherence to all regulatory and contractual requirements.
  • Maintenance of all hard copy files and documents, including permanent, work paper, audit, confirmation, correspondence, and research files.
  • Indexing daily mail to determine handling staff and forward accordingly.
  • Process and forward daily mail via electronic file system.
  • Scanning documents into a Multi-Functional Printer
  • Ensure quality assurance initiatives are being observed at all times.
  • Maintain positive customer relations. Respond to and resolve difficulty records management issues. Provide technical advice and assistance to personnel on matters related to sensitive and confidential records.


  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years Customer Service experience.
  • 1 to 2 years' experience in a corporate front desk or reception environment preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and/or must have reliable transportation.
  • Exhibits superior verbal communication and phone skills.
  • Consistently demonstrates professional demeanor, appearance and attitude.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a consistent basis.
  • Proficiency in MS-Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point a plus.
