Under the direct supervision of the Site Manager and Lead, the Document Identification and Routing Associate is responsible for conducting a detailed review of inbound documents, to accurately identify clients within a specified customer segment, and perform data entry of key client information. This individual will also perform general imaging and administrative tasks in support of client operations. Image capture involves the scanning of paper documents into the organization's workflow systems. The preparation of mail is a meticulous process of separating mail into individual work requests from participants and institutions. Part of the process involves preparing documents in such a way as to ensure that the work requests can be better identified and routed by the Document Indexers downstream.

The Unit Responsibilities:

  • Review incoming work items utilizing a computerized work routing system
  • Accurate identification of clients within a specified customer segment
  • Data entry of key client information into work-flow systems
  • Meet daily Service Level Agreements (SLAs) associated with the unit's work
  • Maintenance of all logs and reports pertaining to the unit

Qualifications:

  • Strong typing and ten key skills (data entry)
  • Must have a HS diploma or equivalent
  • Must be customer focused and display a professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess general computer knowledge (MS Office)
  • 1-2 years prior office services related experience
  • Works with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to identify and solve routine problems as they occur
  • Ability to work individually or in a team environment
  • Ability to read Spanish is a plus
  • Willingness to submit to pre-employment background screening process
